This one is a tiny bit of a pet project for me since it involves my two passions, grappling and silly lil fish people.

I changed the patron requirements as those can be fairly flexible so long as it still fits the Watery Death vibe. Also removed the race requirement as feasibly anything that excretes slime could take this class. Additionally, I opened the race requirement further by having any race be able to take it but those that normally do not excrete slime/mucus take a slight Charisma penalty for the ability to. Ngl if I saw a human excreting large amounts of viscous slime I'd be turned off to talking to them too. Last big change was that the progression table referred to the spell Mark of the Outcast yet it made no mention in the text of the class about being able to cast it, so I added a class feature allowing them to.
