You ignore all penalties for using your off hands. (A creature has one primary hand, and all the others are off hands; for example, a four-armed creature has one primary hand and three off hands.)

Without this feat, a creature suffers a –4 penalty on attack rolls, ability checks, and skill checks made with an offhand.
Special
This feat is the same as the Ambidexterity feat for creatures with three or more arms.
