Prerequisites: Combat Expertise, INT 13, Base Attack Bonus +4
You must succeed with a melee touch attack to use this feat. Until just before your next turn, all creatures adjacent to the target other than yourself are considered to be flanking the target. This is an extraordinary mind-affecting effect.

You may not target a creature immune to mind-affecting effects or who cannot be flanked.
A fighter may select Dedicated Nuisance as one of his fighter bonus feats.
