You create a tattoo with the ability to move in place upon a creature's skin. Thus, the spell can create an animated tattoo of a lion roaring or a dragon breathing fire, a moving waterfall, or a warrior swinging a sword. The image and its movements are preset; once the spell is cast, one cannot change them. The image is decorative only, with no other effects. Material component: 10gp worth of expensive inks.
