Prerequisites: Combat Expertise, Improved Trip

Whenever an opponent uses Power Attack against you, you may make an attack roll (at your highest base attack bonus, using your katana). This is not an attack but is simply compared to the amount of the opponent's attack roll. If your total is higher, your opponent gains no bonus to damage from the use of Power Attack. You may not use any feat which lowers you bonus to hit (such as Power Attack or Combat Expertise while using this feat.
