Description: Add CHA Mod to Will Save vs Fear effects

Prerequisites: Iron Will, CHA 12

Add your Charisma modifier to all Will saves against fear effects. This bonus stacks with any Wisdom bonus you might have to Will saves.

Special: This feat is used by dread witches to resist the negative effects of fear while still empowering their mystical abilities.
