Description: You are able to move with both speed and stealth

Prerequisites: 3rd Level Ninja, Hide (6 ranks), Move Silently (6 ranks)

You can move at your normal speed with no penalty to Hide or Move Silently checks. You can run or charge with only a -10 penalty to Hide or Move Silently checks.

At more than one-half and up to your full speed, you suffer a -5 penalty to Hide and Move Silently checks. While running or charging you take a -20 penalty to Hide and Move Silently checks.
